know to make business in Thailand. First you have to apply for permission to use
a company name. |

Deposit paid in capital in a bank in Thailand. If the company gets approval for memorandum and articles of association, it must hold a meeting and
shareholders have to pay in at least 25% of registered capital. |

Obtain a corporate seal in Thailand. According to
the law in Thailand, a company isn't required to have a corporate seal except for affixation
at the company's share certificates. In the practice, a Thai company usually affixes
the corporate seal to other documents. Approve for the memorandum of association register the company as legal entity (this
is the final registration) to the Private Limited Companies Registrar. |
Register with Revenue Department for tax in Thailand.

| Pay tax in Thailand. Within 2 months of incorporation, you have to register the
company
with Revenue Department to obtain a taxpayer identification
card. The same tax number appears on
the taxpayer identification card and on the VAT certificate.
After that, register for the social security system and work men’s
compensation fund at the Social Security Office, Ministry of Labor
in Thailand. Submit the company work regulations at the Labor Protection of the Ministry of Labor at the
main district where the head office of the company is located in
Thailand. |
